Discrete JFET Input Line Preamp PCB

Description

Stereo Discrete Line Amplifier PCB featuring low noise JFET input (LSK389 or TI JFE2140), all class A output stage, ultra-low distortion. PCB measures 85 mm x 72 mm.  This board uses SMD components down to 0805 and for the LSK389 or TI JFE2140 JFETs, will also accept the standard 8-pin SOIC SMD package or the TO-71 6-leg metal can.  Power consumption of the board with relays energised is 80mA and the board can drive loads of 2k or higher in class A at up to 9V RMS. Operates on +-15 to +-18 VDC. Ultra smooth and open sound – a perfect line amplifier stage. The user can select standard Miller Compensation, or Transitional Miller Compensation by means of a jumper.
